Owner/chef Yoon Jae Kim and chef Seung Joon Kim combines more than 20 years of experience. Cultural influences and a culinary passion have motivated them to pursue a career as a sushi chef. Especially, Kansaku's signature rolls are bound to please any crowd. Our chefs personally order the fish from overseas to deliver the freshest and tastiest for our customers. We deliver our best through our expert knowledge of sushi and by making it our personal goal to create satisfactory dishes for each of his customers. Exclusive Catering By Kansaku

When it comes to food, presentation and service at event venues, Kansaku Catered Sushi has a reputation for offering the highest quality catered sushi to satisfy every taste and make your event memorable. All catering and events can be customized for your needs. Kansaku promises to give best efforts for your satisfaction on your catering and event experience.
You can customize your own catering depends on your budget and the number of people. Our three simple catering packages are below. You can pick your favorite sushi in all packages
Kansaku Tradition ($100): Kansaku traditional rolls. (About 100 pcs)
Kansaku Signature ($200): Kansaku Signature rolls. (About 150 pcs)
Kansaku Supreme ($300): Nigiri (About 100 pcs) includes Sea Urchin and Sweet Shrimp.
You can also mix and match in between packages to create and fulfill your catering needs.
For an example, if you do half of Kansaku Traditional and the other half of Kansaku Signature then the cost will be $150 and it's about 125 pcs. We recommend that you arrange for catering service at least two days in advance to present the best of Kansaku.
